I believe I already figured my question out, but I would just like to get some added input. The Magpul site is quite a bit confusing when you bring up their Ranger Plates.
First off, I only use Magpul PMAG magazines, so I will be using their Ranger Plates solely with PMAGs. With that said, I notice there are two different versions available of their Ranger Plates. One 3-pack is the MAG212 item number, and the other 3-pack is the MAG020 item number.
From what I gather, the MAG212's are for use with Magpul PMAG magazines, and the MAG020's are for use with USGI magazines...is this correct?
I believe I'm correct, and already ordered some MAG212's to use with my PMAGs.
It's just confusing that on the Magpul site, the picture and price shown are of the MAG212, but the item number they list is the MAG020. Doesn't make much sense.
I just clicked on the Magpul link (above) and there are two very distinct listings for the
USGI Ranger Plate and for the Pmag Ranger Plate

The Pamg verison can't even be ordered on the site "DUE TO HIGH DEMAND, SHIPPING ONLY TO DEALERS & DISTRIBUTORS"
