My approx 8 year old Bushmaster 10rd magazine broke. It is one of the ones that has the black plastic floor plate held in by two plastic nubs, non removable/serviceable.

What happened is that 2 of the 4 welds on the spine broke, so the feed lips wobble and spread easily. It doesn't seem to jam the gun, and it still drops free, but it annoys me that the welds broke. I only used the magazine at the range.

Does anyone know if Bushmaster might replace the magazine?

No offense, but you really expect them to replace an 8 year old magazine? Pony up $15 and buy a new mag, they are a consumable, disposable item. Thats like me calling and asking for a replacement barrel after 12k rds, I only used it at the range

Weird, I guess I hadn't considered magazines disposable. And other than broken welds, the thing is in nearly mint condition.
Some companies stand behind their products, if not abused, for life.
Oh well, more PMags then...
