 Good customer service from Weaver.

I destroyed a Weaver V3 scope, totally my fault. Over tightened the scope rings of a Bobro mount. Cracked an internal lense. Heard a snap while tightening the rings and sure enough it was busted.

Called weaver and they told me to send the scope in with a copy of the sales reciept and a check for $15.00. That was about 6-weeks ago.

Today UPS dropped off a replacement V3 scope. I do not know if its new or refurbished but its got a different serial number than the one i sent in. and it doesnt have a busted lense anymore. Invoice just says broken lense and bent tube, replace customers scope.

Weaver was under no obligation to fix my screw up but they did and it only cost me shipping each way.

Weaver was very easy to deal with and quick to fix a recent warranty issue of mine as well. Top notch service.

I purchased a 3-15 Super Slam about 6 months ago. For the price, great glass and feels like it's built good. Glad to hear in case I ever do need to use their customer service!
