Question about focus
Focus for 1x doesn't bother me, but at 3x the crosshairs or target get vary blurry. I can't get a happy medium.
How do you set your focus on variable scopes? Clear crosshairs, blurry target or blurry crosshairs, clear target?

Se the scope on the highest power. Look through it up at the sky with no obstructions to your view. Adjust the reticle focus on the eyepiece so the reticle is crisp. Do not stare at it when adjusting. Look at it and then look away. Make a slight adjustment and repeat. If you stare at it your eye will adjust to the reticle instead of vice versa and it will never be in focus.
Both should be sharp.
