I want to build another upper in 223 wylde to go with my 6.8 upper.

Looking for something 16 inch with mid length gas tube, 1/7 twist rate or 1/8, M4 extension, in stainless or a hammer forged

Superior Barrels 16" RECCE, Mid-Length, ‘Amynta’, with Hard Blue 1/7 twist rate http://www.superiorbarrels.com/Our%20Barrels.htm

or Rainier Match .223 Wylde Barrel that uses a Wilson stainless barrel

Rock River Arms 16" Stainless Steel Varmint Barrel Assembly

I currently feel the Kies MK1 .223 Wylde Match Barrel with fluting might be exactly what I want

Sounds like you have your mind made up.

I went with the Rainer Arms on my last build due to the excellent reviews (accuracy) in all calibers and the price is very good. My barrel is not even broke in yet and it's sub moa. Finsh is very nice also.

I recently bought an AR15 performance barrel for the build I'm working on. Quality seems good and $190 for a shipped barrel isn't to expensive either. Now I haven't shot it yet but people report good results with accuracy and I like the Melonite finish.

For $217 that can't be a "Match" barrel....probably ER Shaw or Wilson Arms at that price point.
The RRA SS barrels are Wilson Arms...good barrels for the money.
"Match" barrel ?

IMO you're right probably a ERS, Green Mountain or wilson arms(not wilson combat, they use ERS)
Some cheap barrels with Wylde chambers can shoot pretty well if the muzzle is not swelled.
Capable of 1/2" groups with sierra MK bullets.

Got my Daniels Defense upper stripped reciever, still no barrels available.

I might upgrade to the Wilson Combat 18 inch TR-556RC16F-17. It's $300 but is fluted to reduce weight. Not wylde but 5.56 as their wylde barrels at 20 inches.
Wilson Combat Match Grade Barrel, 5.56 NATO, Recon Tactical, 16", 1-7 Twist, Stainless, Fluted. It has the mid length gas tube that I wanted and the 1/7 twist I want.

It's only 31 ounces due to both ares being fluted.

The Kies barrel is fluted but 9 ounces heavier due to being 18 inches.

Any comments on this Wilson barrel??

As said above they are made by ER shaw, not lapped not what most would call a match barrel but they can call them whatever they want.
