no wrong answers i will compile the list to create a mastwe ranking. with so many manufacturers selling complete rifles what factories rnk high to low in your book. now is your chance to rank panther, colt, river rock etc. you choose the category and the rank.
let the debate begin. if anyone wants to add a justificatin for the ranking that is above and byond the call of duty.
i am curous to see what answers come back, please do not bring in custom parts and upgrades this survey is for out of the box rifles straight from factories.

The best rifle is the one you actually have, not the one you wish you had.

This is as pointless as arguing Chevy vs Ford vs Honda, etc, and is all about ego stroking.

A list of the worst makers and why, as a lemon list, would have real validity for new buyers.

How does ranking pre-assembled rifles pertain to 'build it yourself'?

There are a lot of these types of threads on Google if you search for them. Here's one I just found real quick.

It's all argumentative.

pretty much this.

Not to mention you have the ability to spec out ARs to fill just about every single role out there and without specifying which role you are talking about you get into a very gray area. '

If you compare apples to apples in the role department then you have the problem of diminishing returns... It is VERY difficult to compare an M4 type rifle to another M4 type... then of course you have personal opinions and speculation on what constitutes as "better"

Sorry OP, it just isn't that easy.

Not many people on this site will have actual experience with ten or more "out of the box rifles straight from factories." If one has had that many ARs, chances are the majority were build-it-yourself guns.
