Trouble with new stock, Mil-Spec vs Commercial

My new Magpul CTR stock arrived today and I jumped right in. However, I quickly found out I have the commercial extension tube and I bought the butt stock for the Mil-Spec. My tube is 1.17" diameter and the Magpul unit has an internal ID of 1.15". So, what are my options? Should I modify my stock to work with my tube or should I get a new tube? Are mil-spec tubes cheap and easy to find? Where can I get them?

Thanks but they want $10.95 for shipping for an aluminum $13 part.

Anybody else know where I can find one for a good price?

Call Bryan at AIM on Monday and ask if they can do USPS shipping on the part. Probably cut the shipping by more than half. AIM is good people.

They should just sell them for $23.95 and offer free shipping

Or you should buy more stuff. AIM is good people, and buying some extra spare parts, magazines, or a case of ammo will make that shipping fee feel like less of a problem! :D
