hammer spring

I just built two lowers this week one was a cmmg lower with a cmmg parts kit,the other was a yhm lower with a spikes standard parts kit, my question the cmmg hammer spring is noticebly much stronger then the spikes. But the spikes hammer spring appears to have enough force to be effective havent gotten to the range yet but was wondering if any one else has had this observation? And was wondering if there isn't a standard for hammer spring strrength. Thanks

That sounds odd, are these standard lower parts kits?

Both hammer springs installed with the legs out of the coil on the bottom side of the receiver, with the legs on top of the trigger pin?
