Looks like this is a new product from MI.
Anyone had a chance to see or use one of these? It looks comparable to the RS 30mm mount and was curious of the pros and cons between the two.

My first set of AR rails were MI and I'm a fan of their stuff. That said, I picked up an RS 30mm mount a few month ago for my SGL31 prior to the MI product release.

Looking at the pics, the RS may sit a bit lower and farther fwd. The flip caps on my Aimpoint ML2 are barely a hair above the dust cover and due to the distance between the objective and the rear sight, I have to push the cap out of the way when opening and closing them to clear the sight(my only minor gripe with the whole package).

I like the looks of the RS mount and a huge benefit is its ability to compensate for windage with the dovetail to ensure that the dot is centered for your specific rifle. When test fitting, my SGL was different than my Romanian SAR1. The RS system of clamping also looks pretty damn traditional for com-block stuff and tension adjustment is simple.

Although the MI looks a bit strange to my eyes with the proliferation of lightening holes I'd bet that the clamping system is more sophisticated and might be better. I think you'd be happy with either mount. MSRP is ~$130 for the RS and the MI is now priced at ~$110. YMMV

Both are lightweight, the MI weighs 6.4 oz and the RS weighs 6.0 oz.

I like MI's use of the ADM clamping mechanism. I like the fact that the RS mount is windage adjustable to compensate for rifle/rail variations.

Both are excellent mounts.
