Where can I get an M70B1 lower handguard retainer?

I think that's what it's called anyway, please correct me if I am wrong though. I have a couple stock sets and am tired of always swapping this piece around. I would like to pick another one up. Anyone know where I can find one? It is the peice that slides onto the back of the lower handguard and then gets inserted into the receiver when installing the lower handguard on an M70.

It's called a lower handguard ferrule. Good luck finding one for under $20 if you can find one. I lucked out recently and found an auction for two of them for $5, but the seller didn't know what they went to.
ETA: there was a member on The AK Forum saying he was thinking of making some US made ones. Don't know if he ever did.

It's called a ferrule. No clue where to get one for a Yugo.

Years ago, Apex's Yugo handguards did come with the ferrules. That's how I ended up with a few extra ferrules today.
