Tapco Galil Hg removal
Picked up a rifle from a guy and he put really shitty furniture on it. I've honestly never messed with these Tapco Galil HGs,any trick to getting them off properly?
Nothing complicated about getting them off. You'll need a flat head screw driver to pop that flat cover off the top. Then take out the gas tube and undo the latch toward the front of the hand guard to take off the bottom portion. very simple.
yeah i know how to take off normal furniture! been owning AKs for twenty years hahaha i just wanted to take this stuff off without breaking the HG itself.
ok. Just curious, what made you think you would break them if you were to remove them like any other handguard then? I assumed if you knew how to take off regular furniture then you would have already tried that and therefore not needed to start a thread on it.
