They seem to have repeated issues with getting things from Bulgaria in a timely manner. Perhaps that is why they are putting so much energy into the SGL line now.

I wish they'd make some SLR 105s again....

That's what I had thought. I know the Russians sued several manufacturers over the rights to building AK's. I read somewhere that Arsenal had agreed to stop making stamped AK's but would still be able to make milled guns as they weren't viewed as competition to the Russians. I have asked this question before and it was quickly dismissed. Arsenal seems to be very much concentrating on the SGL series and neglecting the SLR series. If I'm wrong, show me. I'd like to be proven wrong because I very much like the stamped bulgarian guns.

I have seen 3 SLR95's being sold on the EE in the past 2 weeks alone at really good prices !!!! If I could have an AK47 in 7.62x39 in my state, the SLR95 would be it

Something is up with Bulgarian imports––note also that Circle 10 waffle mags have dried up. Arsenal gave me dates for SLRs to come in twice and both times said there were delays. I went with SGL instead.

Bulgaria is exporting large quantities of military equpment - that takes priority over Arsenal USA. They sent 30000 AKs to Yemen last year.

I see the 106's have dried up too. I was thinking of selling mine....now not so much. Could be the end of their stamped rifles....who knows really with this industry.

This, it's just the ebb and flow of the Bulgy exports.

I've been trying to find a new in box SLR-106FR for months with no luck.
