Converting Postban SA-85M
I need some help. I am going to convert a postban SA-85M to preban. I am planning on using a romanian gas block and front sight post. My question is can I use the pins from the Romanian gas block and front sight? Or do I have to use a metal rod of bigger size and drill the front sight and gas block whole to fit the bigger rod? Thanks.
Its best to use a larger size so that the pins can't fall into the old slots. Look up Mcmaster and just order some carbon steel wire larger than the originals and a reamer to finish the pin holes.
