Hi All,
Doing some "research" and I am looking for links to full lenght reviews on either of these rifles. (have a lot on the WASR-10 already). Despite a lot of Google-ing I have not been able to find any decent quality full lenght reviews on the 2/3/22. Does anywone here happen to have any links? (Not looking for video reviews at this time)
Thanks!

Oh I see it's an AK clone why would you want that?

'Cause it's cheap to shoot?
Or perhaps Kalifornika's draconian gun laws don't apply to .22 rimfire rifles?

lots of good deals out there on 7.62 x 39 and some on .223 right now.

Even as cheap as 7.62x39 is .22 is still cheaper. Makes a great training alternative for new shooters. Same platform, cheaper ammo.

I’ve been looking for the same information, specifically on the WASR-3. Some of the other AK forums have more info on this variant than you will find here. I just picked up a WASR-3 this past weekend; so, once I get a chance to shoot it I’ll let y’all know what I think of it. So far the mags fit nice and tight and it cycles fine (feads & ejects) but need to run lead down the barrel to see if she is fully functional.

I own both a WASR-2 and WASR-22. I had to do some "tuning" to get the WASR-22 to work right with the BDM mags. I also own a WASR-2 that initially have problems due to a mag catch that was filed down too low. I replaced that catch and it has worked fine since, although I'd recommend converting a Saiga 5.45 or .223 over the WASRs. Fit and finish is much nicer and the action is smoother due to better machining. Here are some threads for info on these guns. They're not reviews, but do contain a lot of info from different owners.

Own an origial WASR2 for several years now, before the SAIGAs started to come in.
Has the full Romy mil-spec chrome-lined barrel, upturned bolt handle, the BEST WASR I own by far. Has had absolutely zero-problems, straight sights, no-wobble mags. Easily as good as my PolyTech or Yugo M70AB2 or custom Polski U/F. If you can find a WASR2 or SAR2 - buy it.

Have a WASR22 from back when Dunhams could barely give them away. So problematic that apparently Century stopped importing them.
Beauty part was it is full-tilt purpose-built .22 AKM on a dimpled/duck-footed AKM recvr. But - once you tweak and tune the gun to cleanly eject rounds and do some "feed ramp" polishing - they run 100%. I'd never get rid of it now.

The latest version of the WASR22 is the current M10-22LR that Centerfire is selling...
