Egyptian AKM parts kits!!!
Forgive me if I'm late to the party, but there's currently a plethora of Egyptian AKM parts kits and random spare parts on Gunbroker. Search "Egyptian."
Reasonably priced IMO, and great spare parts for your beloved Maadi.
yes, These just came in and they are great kits even without barrels. They are not matching kits but there is a thread on the akforum.net where people check their parts' numbers and trade if they have the corresponding parts...pretty cool.

I bought my first Maadi, a RML, as a young man during the panic of '94, sold it, and replaced it with a new ARM in '97. Of all the AKs I've owned, the reliable Egyptian with the shoddy finish and unique laminated stocks has been my favorite.
Since then, original parts, when you found any, often approached the cost of the rifle itself. Finally! Brown pistol grips galore! Military stocks! Original slant brakes! FRIGGIN TOP COVERS!
Get 'em while ya can. Order TWO of everything if you can afford it.

Cajun is right, nows the time to get this original stuff, brown grips were scarce as hens teeth, I had chinese cleaning rods in my Maadis................now I have all original stuff....................waa hoo !!!
