3. Can I have it built while the NFA paperwork is still out? I would of course not take possesion of it until it clears.
For 7.62 you could either get a arsenal 107ur or a m92 kit. Either one you will probably have to get from gunbroker, I think 107ur goes for like around 1300/1400 and the m92 demilled kits are between 800/900, there are a few on gunbroker. The only builder I can recommend is Troy at In Range, he is the only builder I personally have dealt with he does great work.
