Krinkov (SLR106UR) with skeleton stock or solid stock?
I have a Krink SLR106UR with solid Arsenal stock. My buddy changed his to triangle skeleton stock. Which is better? Am I the only one that think skeleton triangle stock should only go with wooden handguards?
I have a 107UR that is sporting the metal folder. I like it better. I used the solid folder on a AKS-74.
I have both stocks for my SLR-107UR

triangle stock all the way
Where do I get the rubber cocking handle cover like you have on yours? I know the Draco pistols come with them, to keep the CH from punching through the box in shipping, but I can't recall if mine had one when I bought it or not.
Maybe I just need to get another bolt carrier, forge the CH straight/round and at a 45 deg angle, then thread it to accept a black delrin handle.

Problem is, where to find one.

AK-100 SOLID
Its a toss-up for me
I have a SLR106 with the solid stock, & a AK74U with a triangle stock.
The solid stock feels more comfortable to me, but the triangle is stock equipment for the ak74u so I wouldnt change either one. I like'em both.

I have a SLR106UR with the solid stock, & a AK74U with a triangle stock, & a SLR106F with triangle folder too.
The solid stock feels more comfortable to me, but the triangle is stock equipment for the AK74U. I like both versions enough that I wouldn't change either one.
I'm considering the same thing for my 107ur. The triangle stock is lighter and more compact, but the polymer stock is easier to deploy, and seems ever so slightly more comfortable.
The triangle looks awesome. They also cut my cheek. I'd get the polymer folder.
I find the triangle more comfortable to shoot, except when it is 20 degrees out...gets a little "sticky" on the cheek then!
Triangle.
triangle.
