Not sure I agree w/ your rifle being mint. Your receiver cover has rust spots and pitting on it, so mint at this point is out of the question. Outside of that from what others like your's have been selling for I would say around $375-$450 being max.

...and it's a refurb...note black enamel/paint on forward edge of bayonet. Color fill...not a fan. $3 bills +/1 a few $'s max

Rust. Not good. If the serial numbers match on the bolt receiver and mag and the barrel is not pitted then 300 is max.

Going with the $300 - 350 crowd. The only reason for the higher estimate is the year. 51's are a little less common than other years for some reason.

But that is a refurbished gun, and they have dropped about $50-75 in value (Obamascare values were inflated) over the past year or so.

I think $350 would be pushing it. Definately $300 maximum as there's still a large amount of 1951-dated ones out there still. You can run across them fairly often if you look around.

As others mentioned, definitely not mint. The stock is a replacement since there were no laminates in 1951. Rust on receiver cover and edge of buttplate. It's nice looking, but not mint. $275-$300.

1951 arent all that rare, one that wasnt arsenal refurbed would be. Ive got a rare 1951 with the ultra rare off center bore
Still shoots good though. The odd thing is its off to one side, and the front sight is drifted all the way to the opposite side it should be to account for it.
