Anyone else hunt with an SKS?

What do you use it to hunt, and what loads do you use? Reason I ask is because I've had the same luck with expensive (and rare) Hornady ammo as I have with "cheap" 123gr. soft points on hogs. I love the zinc plated MFS and Silver Bear SPs. The Hornady ammo is accurate, but no more so than Golden Tiger or Yugo M87 out of my rifles (the 1.5" 3-shot group below was shot at 50 yards with GT). I haven't tried Cor-Bon ammo or many other ridiculously expensive stuff (like the brass cased stuff from BVAC and PCI using Hornady bullets). I have tried the 123-gr. Prvi round nose soft points and I'm sure they're a good round because Prvi makes good stuff but my Norinco "Pig Rig" didn't feed them properly so I've never shot it at game.

Just curious who actually uses an SKS in the field and what your experience with different ammo is.

Yes i have 3 pigs taken to this date. Mine is scoped. I have set a 50 yard limit on it, only because i have not spent alot of time at the range with it yet.
I am using some white box made in russia to hunting specifications stuff. Bullet construction looks similar to Wolf hollow point. They worked so far. I was given some good advice and i am currently looking at loading my own probably using some 125 grain soft points. I hope mine cycles them.
