these should be available in this country presently, at least based on their ability to be imported.

Are you saying there are going to be some imported? Yeah, it would be a legal item to import, but I haven't heard this anywhere that they were going to be imported in the first place.

I think you are correct. It would be a great way to bring in parts. Import Krink's without stocks - as pistols.

They could be built with the rear trunion made for folding stocks.

I haven't seen any available for a while.

Here is one I had put together by InRange
