They make this set-up in a longer-for-Yugo config. Guess you could add the Hogue grip too and do the full "modern" thing to your Yugo.
Hogue had originally claimed those would be released late summer of 2010. When they finally become available I will probably get a set for the Practical Romy. None for the Yugos though.

Over on the AK Forum, Power Custom is taking pre-orders and they said they hope to ship them by Feb 15th.
The Hogue site might let you order them but your order might end up backordered. Don't know, haven't tried it...
