Has anyone seen either of these two guns, and what were your impressions? I'm trying to decide between the two. Thanks.

Don't know about the Lancaster underfolder but my bro has the 3060 and its a truly awesome weapon. Fit and finish is great, shoots like a dream. From what I hear and have seen first hand,Lancaster is tits

I have one of the Polish AKMSs that Atlantic is offering built by Allied Armament, bought it locally. Great rifle. Good kits, all matching; nice finish; etc.

I've met the builders at a local show, nice guys, turns out they went to high school with my GF and her brother. Not at all a plug for them, I don't really know them but I'm sufficiently impressed with the rifles they're putting out. On a completely unrelated note: the owner said they'd be selling some AKs soon with a rear trunnion that accepts AR buffer tubes... looked like a nice setup for a modernized tactical AK.

Only negative thing - My PMKMS was missing one of the pins in the UF mechanism - the one that sits in the notch in the receiver. Wasn't a major issue, really easy fix - took care of it myself so dunno how the warranty service is.

I really like the Polish underfolder, I'd buy another one despite the missing pin thing.

I have a Lancaster Polish Underfolder and it is by far the favorite of my AK family (although my soon to be home Arsenal SGL20 may trump it).

The fit and finish is outstanding and the rifle has functioned flawlessly on all outings, and is quite accurate for an AK to boot. Unfortunatly a look at lancaster's website will no longer show any of the underfolders. When I spoke with them back in September they had said that they were virtually out of parts and would not be making any more when they were used up. That said, you should be able to find one somewhere, Atlantic definatly comes to mind...
