Need help selecting the right weapon for me.

Well I asked in the general section, and it seems smarter to go with an intermediate rifle than a battle rifle, since .308 is hard to find now.
My price range is $700-$1000. I was looking at:

My main concern is that the barrels are not chrome lined. I assume there are better weapons available in the price range? Hopefully some of you guys can help me out

Why no chrome lined barrel? What do u plan on using the rifle for? Just a fun gun? Hunting?

Non chrome lined barrels are a little more accurate than chrome lined barrels if you are shooting non corrosive ammo you should not have a concern. even if you choose to shoot corrisive ammo all you
would have to do is give it a good cleaning. I have 3 yugos and none have chrome lined barrels and I find they are more accurate than my chrome lined arsenal.
