Above says it all! I'm pretty excited to add this permit to my current Indiana lifetime license. I do have one question for those who have the Utah already. Does this permit require you to qualify with a handgun? I'm going to have one with me anyway, but I'm just curious what to expect. Thanks in advance.
I took it in a classroom, no qual. But that was a few years ago, not sure if it has changed.
Still no requirement to shoot.
Some places/instructors here in Utah require it as part of their class for their own piece of mind but there is no requirement by law.
