Probably Glock 26/27 or M&P 9/40

I would imagine the M&P's are just slightly thinner or maybe they just seem that way but both are impressively small yet hold lots of rounds.

Try a Kel Tec PF 9. I know it is thinner and smaller.

It's single stack though, maybe you mean the P11?

Any of the double-stacked Beretta 84 series .380 pistols, 13+1.

.380 case dia = .374"
9mm case dia = .394"

I've got a Ruger SR9c, and while i have not compared the measurments between it and a glock, i would say its a good bit smaller. I've been pleased.
