Best way to conceal and carry a Dan Wesson .357 revolver?

Going to spring for a CCW permit but I can't afford a new pistol. I've got a .357 with 2, 4, 6, and 8 in barrels. Looking for a good carry setup for a small frame man. Suggestions?

A good belt and dark/patterned shirt.
Are you carrying IWB or OWB?

I'm not carrying at all at the moment. I don't have a holster, that's the info I'm looking for. I was thinking IWB as concealment is a big deal given when and where I plan on carrying.

I got the go ahead from my boss to carry at work so long as I can conceal it while tucked in... which is a whole nother animal. For right now I'm more focused on what kind of setup to go with for carrying out and about on town. I like to hang out with my girl at the lake front, some areas are pretty secluded, being with her this is my biggest concern to get a setup going ASAP. Just don't know what options I have with a wheel gun.

The only IWB holster I can find that would potentially fit is a Simply Rugged, but it is not tuckable. I've heard great things about these holsters, but it doesn't look like it fits all of your criteria. You may have to spring for a new gun

A Medium frame Dan Wesson will fit into any Smith and Wesson K/L frame holster.
You want a non-retention holster because the retention strap will not go around the Dan Wesson hammer properly since Dan's have a target style hammer.

See if you can get one made by Crossbreed or Kholster- or other "tuckable" holsters of a kydex/leather construction. Or if your the DIY type you could order one for a revolver and try and modify it to fit yours.
Youd also better have a GOOD belt.

I'm not sure which grip your DW has, but if it's like the one I had it's HUGE.

There are some aftermarket grips out there, that are about a third smaller than some of the stock DW grips.

A smaller grip (maybe a rounded butt as opposed to a square butt) would make concealing easier, along with one of your shortest barrels.

Sorry, I don't really have any good info about a holster for it. I always used a camo Uncle Mike's because mine was mostly a woods gun.
