Hello brothers. I just saw a picture of a pistol with "Smile. Wait for the flash" engraved on the tip of the barrel. Where can I get this done? Who could do this?

Most likely, that was done with a sinker type EDM and not engraved. Engraving would be entirely possible with a CNC mill.

Agreed.
Jeweler would probably use a pantograph or something similar....basically a variation of a tracer mill strictly for engraving.

The pantograph for engraving predates the tracer mill by at least a few hundred years.
