Out of 200 rounds on the last range trip, 2 shells came back at my forehead
They were low power WWB rounds, but still. 2/200 isn't a ratio I'm greatly concerned about, but is there an easy way to get it to 0/200?
This is out of a Kimber Pro CDP II. Ejection is usually fine. The pistol was getting dirty toward the end, and that may have played a part. Frankly, it could use a little feed ramp polishing and such. Maybe I should just do that?
