Gun Show Find...I think?

Went to the Gun Show today with $608 in my pocket. $8 to get in, and $600 to buy a "project" 1911.
I was looking for a Springfield GI to turn into a shooter and practice some gunsmithing.
This is what I found. A factory new, unfired, with all factory goodies and warranty card Mil-Spec 1911 for $600 even. I could not pass it up.
I just want to install some better sights, a Wilson trigger and hammer.
It even came with the "Loaded Coupon" to order items at a discounted rate.

Not a bad price anymore, especially since it's basically brand new and a NM marked one.
