Norinco TT-33 in 9x19
Does anybody own one? What do you think of it?
nice gun, fun to shoot, shoots lead bullets reliably and accurately, mine doesn't like hollow points, and the finish is rough, but it is a good gun for the money
one of my co-workers has one. he says its a good shooter. no more, no less.
SW
I have two Norinco 213's in 9mm, they function pretty well with fmjj/ball ammo, but are hit and miss with hp's.
They are very accurate, and easy to shoot, etc.
The only thing I really dont like is the import required safety sometimes flips itself on while firing.
my bro in law had one, wasnt too bad a pistol, i even fired it a few times myself. his would eat just about anything you fed it, didnt like the hollow points.
I have one. I have put several hundred FMJ through it with ZERO problems. It is uglier than sin, but goes bang every time I pull the trigger.
Edit: forgot to say, it is also VERY accurate.

I'm not sure what your expecting.
I've owned two Norinco 213 9mm pistols over the years.
First one was in the 1990's. Was a good shooting pistol, but reliability sucked with one of the supplied mags, and worked fine with the other mag. Traded it off without messing with it much.
Picked up a used one a couple years ago in a trade deal. This one has a slightly different safty that I like a bit better. Safty still works backwards, but looks like less of an after-thought. Shoots just as good as the previous one, came with two mags too, however one mag is some sort of older, unblued mag. Both mags work ok with this one.
The 213 Norinco pistols I've owned are sort of roughly made, look like the final polish was done by a blind man, slide markings and serial numbers appear to consist of two or three different font stamps hand done. Function has been fine, provided it likes the particular magazine. Accuracy of both was decent, comparable to about any other 9mm pistol. Have chrome bores too, for whatever reason.
In general, really not too bad a budget handgun. Don't know that I would want to rely on a 213 as a self defense gun, but the do make pretty good plinkers. Not in the same league as a Glock 17, Sig 226, Springer XD, Browning Hi-Power, or other nice expensive 9mm. But doesn't usually carry an expensive price tag either. I plan on keeping the one I have now.

Not much, it is the way it is, just kinda of ruins it as far as photographs and taking pictures.
i've got one. ugly as hell and the grip angle is weird, but it's very accurate.
I used a 213 as a camp gun for years because I didn't mind getting it dirty (covered with sweat and bug juice, ash from the fire, dirt, and sittin' next to me in the outhouse...). Never had an issue with the safety. I rarely used it. It worked fine, but I rarely used it. Rugged Russian design. The only thing keeping me from shooting it more was hammer bite.
I picked up one for $170 late last year, seemed like a steal to me at the time. Look like it had rarely ever been shot, perhaps never. I put an end to that, and found it to be very reliable with ball ammo, not a hiccup yet, and it feeds certain HP designs just fine.
I use it pretty often for practice, shooting plastic training loads in the basement, the fine sights, while likely not so good in a high stress situation, work wonders for accurate shot placement.
got me a real nice one strange how the ser# is on the slide not the frame

i like mine got four chinese, three in 9x19 and one in the 7.62 i got no problems with them.
