Has / does anyone carry the CZ 75 SP01 Tactical or Phantom on a daily basis in a IWB holster? If so could you please give your thoughts and opinions on how you like / dislike it?

I've spent a couple years now carrying a CZ75B in a IWB holster. (Look up JPB Holsters. I like their "Sleeping Dog" model for it.) Very comfortable and great quality leather for the money. I now have five of these holsters for different guns I carry. They're great IMO.

I carry mine EDC in a Raven. Works great and for a FS pistol, it carries no different than a Glock 17 or a USP45 which I also carry on occasion

I've got a size step down with the P-01, but find it to work just fine with a Crossbreed IWB.

I carried a EAA Witness 10mm in a Kholster.com IWB tuck-able just to show people with the right holster and clothing you can carry just about anything.

Would wear it 9, up to 14 hours a day, 6 days a week. Super comfortable.

While not an SP01, I do carry a full size CZ75, IWB in a Crossbreed. Works out pretty great.
A friend of mine carries a P01 IWB, not sure of holster make though.

It's not exactly what you're asking for, but I often carry a CZ75B compact. It's the same size frame as a full size B but with a shorter grip and barrel. It's still quite heavy though since it's all metal. I use a Kholster, which is similar to a Crossbreed. It handles the weight quite nicely once you get it adjusted correctly.
