1.The first one is when I'm shooting on DA.
I put a bullet in the chamber. Use the decocker to lower the hammer and every 10 to 20 DA shoots about 2 doesn't fire. I pull the trigger the hammer goes down but the bullet doesn't go off. I remove the bullet and when I check it its not even touched by the firing pin. If I leave the bullet on the chamber and press the trigger again them it always shoot. But because I use it for carry and practical shooting it doesn't feel very comfortable to thinking that It might not shoot.
What could it be? and how can I solve this problem.
2.The second problem its not the gun but CZ as a company. I contacted them when this problem began to happen 2 weeks ago and they told me to sent it back to check it under warranty because this gun doesn't even have 1 year of use. Everything is fine right? well no... As soon as I told them I live in Puerto Rico this was his response an exact copy paste of what he told me.
We do not ship or receive anything from Puerto Rico parts or firearms. Sorry, you might have to find a local gunsmith to fix it for you.
Thanks,
Neale Flynn CZ-USA GUNSMITH
I wrote them back asking for a reason for this because the last time I checked we are USA citizen, using the same currency with the same federal regulations because every gun store must have a FFL. Them why the warranty does NOT apply to me or people who live here??? If somebody here know why please tell me because the guy from CZ ceased to respond.
I appreciate your help.
..... he may have gotten his wires crossed and thought "Costa Rica" instead. Call them instead.
It sounds like there may be some interference with the firing pin block mechanism. I'd test it by inserting a typical pencil with an eraser on the end, with pointy side pointing out, into the barrel and pulling the trigger repeatedly to see if it goes flying. A good firing pin hit will be noticeable.

Thanks! I haven't though about that. I was thinking the problem might be some interference like you said or the mainspring. But I try that first.
Yesterday I called a local gun store and explained what happen, so they could call CZ (because its a little bit difficult to me to talk english). They told me the same story that happened to a guy with a shotgun. The guy give them a shotgun so they could send it to CZ from the FFL. Them CZ received the shotgun and repair it under warranty, when my local store told them the address to send the shotgun they refused to send it back. The words he exactly told me "cz told me they don't want to deal with P.R. and would not send any gun here" 3 month later he contacted a friend that have a store in Florida so he can receive the shotgun and them send it back to P.R. that was the only way he could get back that gun.
Sorry if you don't understand me my native language its not english but I'm doing my best.
