Need help ASAP!! Arcus 98DA

I have a chance to get one of these brand new, in the box, 2 15rd mag's. I can get it for $370 out the door. Normally I'd do the research, but this is a limited time offer. If I don't act now, I will miss out I'm sure. So I hope you guy's don't mind me taking the short cut. 
1. Is that a fair enough price. He won't come down. It's from a local kitchen table dealer and I can have it after my 3 day wait. So no other fee's.
2. Since this holds 15 round's instead of 13 like the BHP, will I be able to use the Pachmyer rubber grip on this. I'm kinda thinking about doing a BHP silver chrome look alike. Just maybe. But I'd still like to use the Pachmyer grip. I think the stock one is hideous.
3. Will I be able to get magazine's for this thing.
4. Will I be able to use BHP replacement part's since this is a DA.
I'm sure I have more question's, but I just don't have time. Thanks for any input.

If you desire a BHP, this is different enough of a gun that it won't scratch that itch.
I'd pass at $370. That is a $300 gun at most.

$300? Hell.....$250 shipped easy.
