Can anyone explain why this magazine went for so much money?

I haven't looked at Makarov mags in years but the last I checked they were plentiful and about $15. Has the situation changed?
They have not been plentiful for a couple of years now, but $20 is about as high as I have seen them go for.
Keepshooting.com has an aftermarket one that they have trouble keeping in stock at $19.
Now the 10 and 12rd Makarov mags are rare and expensive.
I remember a few years ago we couldn't give them away. Now I can't find any at a price I'm willing to pay. I won't pay $41 for one.
