I love my G21, but I don't shoot hardly ever, should I sell it?
I bought a G21 SF Gen 3 about 4 years ago. Nowadays, I have a bunch of 9mm pistols that I shoot way more often. I love my G21, but I honestly can't remember the last time I took it out. I have 2 AR builds going on right now and I'm starting to reload, so I could use the money for multiple other things. I'm also thinking that I could consolidate calibers and only shoot 9mm for centerfire pistol and then I wouldn't feel pressured to buy 45 ACP reloading equipment. On the other hand, I love 45 ACP and I see myself eventually getting at least 1, but probably more, 1911s in the future. Again though, I could get a 1911 in 9mm as well. So, what do you guys think? Should I hold on to the G21 and use it as a HD gun or something even though I have plenty other pistols to do that and a shotgun or should I sell it and use the money? If I sell it, where do you guys suggest I sell it?
It's always nice to have a G21 laying around if you need it. Then again, they are easy to sell and easy to buy.
I bought AA conversion kits so I can afford to shoot my Glocks and 1911 as much as I want. 550 rounds of 22 for about the price of 50 rounds of Centerfire ammo. For me it is the trigger time what is important but I still fire a few Centerfire rounds every year. Glock 21 SF is a great pistol, I hate to sell one then regret it later.
Don't get rid of that G21 or get out of 45 ACP at all.
I am primarily a Glock and 1911 guy. For a while I swore that I'd only own 9mm and 45 cal pistols from here on out. Reloading helps trump that. I have three .40 cals now in addition to 45 and 9mm weapons.
I'm getting ready to buy a G21SF or a G30 SF. I can't decide which, but I need a non-1911 .45...
Reloading makes all of it worthwhile. Shoot as many calibers as you like.
Just my opinion, of course.

My G21 SF wears tritium and a TLR-3.
It's my bedside gun.
I wouldn't sell it for the world.
If you bought it used and can break even or make money, consider selling. If you bought it new, stop the bleeding now. Keep it.
Keep in mind you can put a 10mm barrel in it and get a mag or two and you have a new gun.......

I've been wanting to get my hands around a 21SF. Handled a standard 21 for a very limited time several months ago and couldn't get over how big and akward it felt.
If you don't shoot it and need the money, sell it. You can always get another later on if you change your mind.
Keep the G21SF. A Glock 45acp is an absolute joy to shoot. If you want to put some spice in your life, bail on one or more of your 9mms and get a LW 10mm 6" Longslide, 6" barrel, a few G20 mags, and some Buffalo Bore Heavy 10mm ammo for it. Then you'll get to enjoy shooting the legendary 45acp as well as the mighty 10mm. I'd be shocked if you even considered getting rid of it after shooting both calibers.
Hell to the no. 45ACP is too great to get rid of.

Never sell, especially if you "love" it.

this. or get a glock in 9mm
If its just gathering dust, sell it. Its tying up capital that can be put to better use.
I only sell guns if they don't work well or I find I don't shoot them well.
Don't sell.
I have one too. It is dependable. It is big. It is a serious ass fighting pistol.
It is as good as it gets. Love it like a good hammer. Just leave it there in its safe. And count on it.
Keep it

Nope. G21 is way to big for my girlie hands. Those things are huge.
I love my glock21sf and glock 22. But guns I don't shoot go away so I can buy others. But I shoot my Glocks a lot so they are keepers.
A G21 is the very definition of a "commodity" gun.
If you sell it, and later want another one, you can easily find a used one to replace it.
Unless you have an emotional attachment to the G21, I'd sell it. You know what your priority are. There's plenty of G21 to go around when you are ready.
I have a G21 Gen4 and love it. Also have 1911's in 9s and 45s. I would start gathering componets to start reloading 45s, as I did. Good luck with your decision.
You could just send it to me.
