Most Powerful Semi-HG NOT a 10mm/DEagle?

Is there anything out there that is a viable semiautomatic more powerful than a 10mm but not the size weight class of a Desert Eagle?
Does anyone make say-at .44 Mag-.50 AE energy class in a viable semi weapon system that can be carried?
I don't handload so a 10mm"+P" home grown load is not possible-I'm curious though.

I took a 200lb hog with mine a few years back. Didn't notice any practical advantages over my 10mm loads, so I sold it shortly afterward.
