Well, here's my first Luger. Picked it up today. Seller represented as possible arsenal refinish (definitely refinished). All parts matching and correct markings, as far as I can tell. Has two matching mags with the + sign on the spare. Mags are not original to the gun, but someone did a nice job with them when restored/refinished. Bore is good to very good. Everything is tight and seems to function as designed (have not fired it yet).
I was looking for a shooter grade pistol in the best condition possible within my budget. I feel like I did okay.
Anything to consider before firing? Gun is clean, well lubed and everything is nice and tight. As far as ammo goes, I'm hearing different opinions. Some say use only factory standard loads. Some have said that it may cycle better with higher pressure 124gr (i.e. NATO 9mm). Any advice in this area would be appreciated.
Here it is. Holster is a repro, but seems pretty spot on....

Nice looking piece!!!!!!
As for ammo, stay
AWAY from +P or high pressure ammo!!!!!!!
The toggle action will NOT hold up to shooting +P for very long. On my Luger, I use plain old GA Arms ammo in either 115 or 124gr FMJ. No issues with either loads in mine. I also lube the hell out of the slide/toggle before I shoot it.
