Looks just like mine except with an aftermarket threaded barrel added. I've never heard of any of the 18-AHs with stock threaded barrels.
I've heard attempts to silence 9x18 were not really worth the effort/money. And I personally see no need for a muzzle brake...so the threaded barrel would be just something that would look cool IMHO.
Has anyone else ever seen/heard/fired a suppressed Makarov?

Actually...I'd take any IJ70-18H I could find......
I'm a dork though. I'd probably look at a suppressor anyway.

I thought about it, and the reason why suppressors for Mak's suck is probably the fact that subsonic 9x18 isn't available. Correct me if I am wrong...but I've never seen any.
