Russian Makarov IJ-70 with double stack mag

I purchased this years ago, it has an adjustable rear sight, and has a double stack 10 rd mag. It looks unfired, any ideas on what this is worth?

I'll give you 5 bucks. 
I just picked up a single stack russian in Ex condition for $215.00. I felt that was a pretty good deal though.
For yours.... I"d say $350 - $400.
