I called......I was talking to them this morning about my stock and found out that's the price.
Call man...and hit option 5 give them the part numbers I gave you and you'll see, it ain't no bullshit!

That part number is for a 870!

I thought I had the IV and was gonna order the IV-s but found out I had one.

Did anybody order one yet....or are yous scared? This ain't no joke..just trying to spread the love!

How do you like the IV-S? Does it provide any kind of recoil reduction with the limbsaver over the standard wooden stock I have now?

It's fine man...just wish it was shorter.....look jump on this shit, you ain't gonna find a better deal.anywhere! The stock is nice and solid! And def worth the damn 30 bucks!

Well...I can't answer that. cause I never shot a gauge with wood stocks. But I never had a problem.

That is the price if you call but they won't sell it to you because they don't sell just the stock. The entire kit from them is $99

Well maybe to many people called and ordered it...like I said when I call this morning I was giving those part numbers and was gonna order it until I found out that I had the same damn stock I was gonna order....I got down to giving her my cc number, it would have came up to $41.11with S/H.

Trust me the guy that gave those part numbers told me to hurry up and order it cause they are gonna change that price cause it's a mistake!

Well, it worked for me! I just ordered the stock and recoil pad and the total came to $43.27, shipped to NY.

Well I just called and they wouldnt sell it to me . They said they can only sell it to me as a kit which is $112. If anyone can get it at the lower price get the name of the person and send it to me please.

Holy Shit it totally worked. I talked with a really nice lady named Margaret. She even emailed me a copy of my reciept and order total price was $41.11

They charged me $16.12 for the stock like the OP stated but only $15.00 for the recoil pad, and $9.99 for shipping.

yes, significant improvement. I am taking a shotgun class later this spring, and talking to the instructor he said that he feels the speedfeed with the limbsaver on a 12ga is nicer to fire then standard (I would assume wood) stock on a 20 ga.

I think they're wise to it. I just spoke to a lady there and she told me that they will not sell it at that price anymore and may not even process the orders they've already taken.

Agreed. My statement has a PENDING charge from them. If they do not honor it I will be quite angry and boycott their items..

I have my reciept from the order with the prices listed. The woman I spoke to didn't seem surprised by the price. We shall see.

I may have no stock for my 870 if this doesn't go through. I am going to sell my factory LEO folder when it gets back from being Ceracoated, and I just got an out of stock email on the MT Urbino I ordered. LOL

Well if they don't we need to make sure they will...or they will feel the wrath!

My bank went from "pending" to "processing", but it's still not posted. It being the weekend, It probably won't go through until monday, if at all.

If they simply mismarked the price, I won't argue too much, unless they take my money, then give it back. But, if they charge 100+ for the kit when the parts are only $35 total, that's fucked up. If it is mismarked, what's the real price?

They closed early on friday gonna have to wait till monday to try again.

It's not mismarked. The lady I spoke to said that is their manufacturing price - basically what it takes them to make it. I think it's more like a wholesale price, and yeah, there's a ton of markup on this stuff. According to her, no one should have ever sold it at that price. If anyone who actually ordered one gets it, then you got a damn good deal. If you don't, good luck arguing with them about it.

my charges posted last week, and according to the lady on the phone mine is still slated to ship tomorrow.

Sweet! I went back and pulled my invoice and it says something about a shipping date of 2/13/12. I may try to call Friday and get a Status update.

The charge posted to my bank on 2/3/12 and was reversed yesterday. I guess they are not going to ship at that price. Oh well.

Got some good news and some bad news when I got home today. I did receive my stock and buttpad. HOWEVER, the buttpad DOES NOT fit into the stock, and neither the buttstock nor the buttpad came with the the required mounting screws and the ones for the original wood stock do not work.

EDIT: Upon further inspection I am pretty sure I have been shipped the wrong stock for my weapon. The part number on my invoice states: 1010163 for REM ALL, the part number on the bag the stock was placed inside for shipping is: 1010263.... and ofcource Safariland is closed for the weekend already..... So if it is the wrong stock, the original hardware might actually work.

I suspect that is why the buttpad doesn't fit either.

you are correct I forgot to change that part during my edit.

I emailed Safariland and mine shipped a couple days ago. Tracking shows delivery on Monday. Will report once I have it in hand.

Spoke with Safariland's customer service department today, they issued me a return shipping code and as soon as they receive my wrong stock they're going to ship the "correct one" hopefully... I'm not holding my breath.

I received my set today, and the recoil pad is for the regular length SpeedFeed IV and not the shorter stock. Also no mounting hardware at all, no bolt, no sling swivel, nothing.

I believe the stock will fit the 870. I will call them and get a replacement pad and maybe some hardware.

I also got the recoil pad for the regular length speedfeed stocks.. The item number matches the one in the OP.. Looks like we all ordered the wrong pad. Lol. Hey though.. For $40, I just modified the pad to fit. It hangs a little low, but is tight and still looks fine. I'll take a pic tonight.
