Aimpro Tactical 590A1 ghost ring rail * now with pics

Anybody have any dealings with them? I've been trying to find out if a part I ordered from them is on backorder or something and keep getting, "if you give me your name and number I'll have somebody call you and let you know". Of course, nobody calls me. Backorder is fine, would just like to know...... something.

I just sat through a mossberg armorers course with them off site this week. Might explain the slow reply. Call and ask for Mike, it's his show, I'm sure he would take care of you.

really!?!?! i got my 590a1 from them and had a great experience. as stated above, I spoke to mike and he was always on top of everything and very helpful. hope everything works out for ya.

Well four days and four phone calls with the same answer, "let me get you name and number and I'll have somebody call you". No return call to date. Even sent an e-mail with no reply.
I know the biz and my item might be on backorder. I'm willing to wait but I am less than impressed with their customer service so far. They could tell me it will be another month and I'd be cool with it but blowing me off and leaving me in the dark is irritating.

I ordered a ghost ring rail for my 590a1
Website was changed the last 24 hours to reflect that the above is back ordered until March 5th. No problem waiting, just wish they would have told me a week ago when I inquired.

Update, received my ghost ring rail. Never did receive a return call or e-mail though.

I've been waiting a year for a replacement barrel they were supposed to work on for me.
They never return my calls or emails. Horrible.

It's well made and mounts up solid using three of the four tapped holes in the receiver. I really like the rail but am less than impressed with the customer service of the company. I doubt I'd ever order from them again as they never returned my calls or answered any of my e-mails.
