Are there any headspace concern issues with using a new bolt on an older barrel? I wouldn't think so considering its common to swap barrels, but just want to be sure.

You can buy headspace guages from brownells. (Go and No Go) but I wouldn't worry about it. If it was a new bolt and a fairly new barrel then I would shoot it.
