Several years ago, I bought a voodoo 3dap and I've regretted it since. The shoulder straps don't stay tight, the stitching on the molle webbing has come unstitched in lots of places and I haven't even used the molle to attach pouches to. At the same time I had bought the voodoo ergo shoulder bag, which also seemed cool. And it does hold six pmags, and lots of other range gear ( ear pro, Otis kit, staple gun, 4oz CLP bottle, Leatherman, lots of extra patches) so its a pretty convenient bag.... But the drawstring covering over the main pouch (under the lid) had almost completely ripped.

Basically I wish I had bought quality gear the first time, buy once, cry once. You're better off taking your $100 to the equipment exchange on here. I spent about $150-200 on there and put together a tactical tailor mav with x harness and a ton of pouches. Its all used but some of it barely. Some people swear by voodoo but in my experience it just doesn't last.

A war belt set up would be better. That rig looks like it would ride too close to your belt line. Where would you carry your side arm? The pistol mag pouches are on the right side causing them to be difficult to draw in a hurry if you are right handed.

I would look at the Condor chest rig, about the same price, but u can reach all the pistol mag pouches. The voodoo one makes it difficult to reach across your body to access the pistol mags. I looked at both and went with a Condor for that reason.....

I don't have a VooDoo Tactical PC, but I do have a 2-gun rifle soft case from them. I've had it for a few years now and I've got loose threads all over the place where the stitching is falling apart. Use the $100 towards something that won't be a waste in the long term. I got a banshee based on reviews but haven't had it long enough to determine if I should recommend it yet.
