Eagle SPC Opinions?
I have done a bit of searching for information about the Eagle SPC, but not really found anything.
Does anyone have one of these, and how is quality/how does it compare to other plate carriers on the market?

Was issued one on my most recent deployment. Loved it, save for the method in which the side plates attach. You're better off using an MTV cummerbund with the SPC if available. Overall, though, the SPC is significantly more comfortable and a lot lighter than the MTV.
Are they even available on the open market?
I used one and I thought it was about as good as it gets. I preffered mine with the normal cummerbund, not the one from the MTV.
