I need elastic loops to replace the worn out ones on my surplus packs (loops that secure the straps).

The loops on my pack straps are all stretched out and I'd I would like to replace them all.. I dont want to use tape.. I like the loops.

Ive tried searching but nothing found yet... I could use tan or OD..

Any links to this kind of stuff would be appreciated..

Thanks in advance

You could buy a roll of elastic band and roll your own.

I cant seem to find a pack of these online ..so I might have to try and make them myself.

I use the fabric covered elastics use by women as hair ties. Available at the grocery store and come in fashionable coyote-ish brown. They seem do be the same stuff as shock cord just fused/melted into handy loops

Thanks for the cheap alternative. The website above wants $8 shipping.

Does anyone know where to get those awesome velcro strap keepers that come with every Camelbak pack. Are they proprietary to CB?
