Nice video,Just bought one of them myself a couple weeks ago,and am very happy with it. But where in gods name did you find an extra mag?!?!?! I cant find them anywhere. Thanks.

looks like it doesn't use black dog mags. is that true?

I have read the black dog mags won't work,but I can't confirm that. I emailed that company twice with no response. Found a site that has tan mags for $45 a piece(Ouch) Wish there was an alternative.

Hey Holyshift if you dont mind me asking where did you find the tan mags and are they 22rders? I have been looking for some since thanksgiving and I have not been able to locate any. I just need a couple and dont mind paying the 45 for them. Thanks

I have a tan one (the ban compliant version) but still like it very much.
Preemptively - Did put lock-tite on the retaining nut as is per-scribed by some to prevent eventual soft primer strikes.
It has shot very well with Federal bulk and CCI so far and I have it all tacti-cooled up for my son. He's really enjoyed it and has some neat accessories (fore-grip bipod, laser and red dot). We have lots of fun with it, but the mags are un-obtanium, especially the 10 rounders. I contacted Black Dog about making mags and it sounds like they might consider it - The only ones I can find are $70 on Gunbroker and that is just too much right now.

says the site is down for maintenance,was just on it yesterday but they were on there. I'll pry end up ordering one,so I at least have two mags. Don't mind the tan either as I think Iam gonna go with a tan fore grip and tan rail covers.

Guy I emailed last weekish finally emailed me back,he's got em in stock for $38 a piece,there's the link just scroll down. Then you gotta save his ordering form as a pdf file and email it to him,or call and leave a message with your info. Seems like a cluster F but member up there got his gun alright so I think I might try it.

Hey Waywar,how long did it take to get your gun from that guy? I faxed over the order form yesterday for a couple of them mags. Just trying to get a time frame roughly.

It took a couple of weeks due to some kind of delay but I can't remember what it was. Got them within

Got my two mags in today,very quick. I faxed the order form in on Thursday I believe. Very happy,and now I got 3 mags total....WOOOHOOOOOOO!

Geez thanks, nice video. My son loves the SCAR, he saw your video and others and of course now he wants one. I just bought him a CMMG M4LEP dedicated .22 with all the bells and whistles, a quad rail system, vertical grip, red dot and magnifier, Magpul MBUS front and rear sights, spare mags, the whole 9 yards, I'm goin broke here. Seriously though nice gun, looks like we'll be getting one soon. Enjoy
