So I followed the application procedure by forwarding the second copy to my CLEO via my wife who works for said agency. My CLEO mailed it back to me with no explination letter. My original envelope was even included. Is there any further action to be taken by me????

I don't believe so. I think your only duty is to send it to them, if they choose not to act on it, that is up to them. No action on their part is required.

Nothing else for you to do. You did your part by sending the CLEO a copy. It's really just a courtesy anyways as CLEO has no bearing on whether you are approved or not.

Save that letter with the post markings just in case.

This, not your problem and has no effect on your C&R being approved.
