Help me ID this antique Remington rimfire

So this is another gun that belongs to my great uncle. Unfortunately these are the only pictures I have and I won't be able to get more anytime soon.
So what I know is its some type of lever action, rolling block/falling block? Its has an octagonal barrel near the receiver then round to the muzzle.
Its a rimfire of some type but definitely not .22, its larger.
The serial number is 699.
