Multiple Form 1's-do I need fingerprint cards for each Form 1?

Just as the title says, if I mail out multiple Form 1's in an envelope at once, do I need to send two fingerprint cards for each Form 1, or will one set of cards be OK for all of them?

One set is fine for them all.

Well, they have some extras then. I went down to the PD and did 4 sets for my 2 Form 1's I was sending out before I saw these responses. I just thought it was better to have them and not need them instead of the other way around. I'll keep it in mind for next time.

Thanks.

This definitely helps for me, as my PD charges me $8/card to do them, so it saves at least $16 every time I send in multiple forms.

... or at least that's how I sell my wife on multiple purchases at a time. =)

I have to send in two forms a form 3 and a 4, with two checks.

Should I put each one in its own manila envelope and put that whole shebang in a USPS flat rate envelope?

When I sent out my two Form 1's, I just paper clipped everything together that belonged with the Form 1 it belonged to and put it all in a Flat Rate Envelope. I didn't have seperate envelopes for each one inside the Flat Rate Envelope, but I guess you could.
