first, sorry if my questions have been beat to death multiple times, but ive read all of the stickies and everything i can.

Ok, first of all, if I get into NFA stuff, mainly, SBRs and suppressors, im going intoit with a bang.. Can I mail multiple form1s and form4s together? One set of fingerprint cards?

Next, correct me if I am wrong, but the only thing a trust has over doing it the regular way is you dont have to get your CLEO signature, correct? Or, is it easier to go the trust route if you are getting multiple NFA toys?

I'm sure I'll think of more questions. thanks in advance guys!

Trust means no sign of by CLEO, no pictures, No fingerprints and the ability to leave it to your heirs with a lot less fuss and paper work.

You have yearly taxes on your personally owned items????

I'm going with you meant to say that as opposed to the corporate route. But yes, no finger print cards, no CLEO sign off, no photos for the trust. It doesn't go much faster, if any at all. They used to go faster, but now that they are sending all trusts to legal to check, its slowed down to the normal times. Or at least that is what I've heard from my examiner(s).

You can also send one set of finger print cards with the forms you do send in the same packet. But you have to send a pair of finger print cards with each packet you send for F1's, and each set of F4's. The F1's go to WV, the F4's go to ATL, so you'd have to send a set of finger print cards for each packet you send.
